This masala is used while making biryani as it adds immense flavor. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />3 tbsp Cumin Seeds <br />6 tbsp Coriander Seeds <br />3-4 Bay Leaves <br />1 tbsp Dagad Phool <br />3 Cinnamon <br />10-15 Cloves <br />2 Jayvitri <br />20-25 Black Pepper <br />2 Masala Cardamom <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- In a mixer grinder add cumin seeds and coriander seeds. Grind everything to a powder. <br />- Then add bay leaves, dagad phool, cinnamon, cloves, jayvitri, balck pepper and masala cardamom. Grind everything coarsely. <br />- Biryani Masala is ready to be used.
